Drysuit Rental Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• More than 72 hours before your rental: full refund or credit.

• 24–72 hours before your rental: 50% refund or credit.

• Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.

Damage, Loss, and Liability Policy

1. Responsibility for Damage and Loss

• Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the Drysuit during the rental period.

• Normal wear is expected, but replacement costs will be charged for significant damage

• A valid credit card or deposit may be required as security for potential damages.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

• Whitewater kayaking involves inherent risks, including injury, drowning, or property loss.

• By renting from YipYak, you acknowledge that you are paddling at your own risk and are fully responsible for your own safety and decisions on the water.

• YipYak and its staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using the rental equipment.

• Renters must paddle within their ability, wear a properly fitted PFD, thermal apparel and helmet, and follow all safety guidelines.

3. Inspection and Agreement

• All drysuits must be inspected before and after each rental.

• Renter must sign the rental agreement to confirm that the renter has inspected the equipment, understands the risks, and accepts full responsibility for its use and condition.
