YIPYAK RETURN POLICY

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition with tags, unworn, unused, and in its packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, reach out to us at info@yipyak.ca. If accepted, you’ll need to ship the item back to YipYak Ltd in Calgary, AB, in new and undamaged condition.

Note: Purchases made with a credit card are subject to a 2.9% fee for any returns.
