• Online Purchases: Email prior to placing your order, including a link to the lower-priced product page.

Eligibility Checklist

To qualify for a price match, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Identical Product: The item must match in brand, model, color and size

• In-Stock Status: The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery at both our store/website and the competitor.

• Authorized Canadian Retailer: The competitor must be a licensed retailer operating within Canada, displaying prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

• Valid Proof: Proof must display the current, publicly accessible price.

Does the competitor’s price need to be in Canadian Dollars?

Yes. The advertised price must be listed in CAD and sold by a retailer operating within Canada.

Do you price match shipping costs?

For online orders, price matching is calculated based on the total landed price (product price + applicable shipping and handling charges).

Can I use a coupon on top of a price match?

Coupons or additional promotional discount codes cannot be combined with a price-matched item unless specified.
